Camp PAWS Jr.

Attention: Washtenaw County will be doing construction on the bridge on Cherry Hill Rd from mid-May through August. This means that HSHV will not be accessible from Plymouth Rd. A detour will be posted, but please keep this in mind when planning travel to and from the shelter.

Camp PAWS Jr. Half Day Camp-Ages 4-5 (entering Young 5s or Kindergarten)

Are you crazy about animals? Then come and join us for Camp PAWS Jr. (Pets Are Worth Saving)! This animal-themed camp consists of five fun-filled days that will surely make your tail wag!

Session Information: 

 June 1st-5th, 9-12 each day

Fee: $160 per camper  

Camp PAWS Jr. will include:

• humane education lessons on animal care, being safe around animals and more!
• daily visits with adoptable animals
• a daily snack provided by HSHV
• stories, games and crafts

Through our Camp PAWS program campers will learn how to care for and respect our animal friends. Designed for children ages 4-5, campers will engage in activities that will help to prepare them to become responsible and compassionate future pet owners!

Included in the price of camp is a paw-tastic Camp PAWS t-shirt!
